The City of London was dead today and yesterday. Tomorrow?

This is quite a worry. Even if the city are the most feckless business men around, to observe this dead vista worried me. Under the current systemic dependency conditions of state and monopoly power, unless the city is thriving, no one else will. I'm not saying this is right. I'm pointing out what is there. We have tried asking for reform, and no one wants that! They say "there is no root cause".
