Who collects the most unearned income?

That is, who are:

• the states biggest benefit scroungers
• recipients of the most welfare
• the fattest wealth sucking parasites
• the worlds biggest landlords and rent seekers
• the 21st century aristocracy of wealth and power

It has nothing to do with capital nor money. If you are anti-capitalist or a landowning socialist you are barking up the wrong tree.

Finance is merely the insidious modern day means by which the land values are appropriated. And the people are deceived into continued slavery, by mortgaging a lifetime of hard work and enterprise.
